The device (1) has a base body (2) serving as a massage body, attaching body, application body and/or positioning body. A hollow space (5) is provided in the base body. A magnetic body (6) i.e. permanent magnet, is arranged in the hollow space. The base body exhibits a base body upper part (3) and a base body lower part (4) such that the hollow space is formed between the base body upper part and the base body lower part. The base body upper part and the base body lower part are detachably connected together via a connection element.
