PURPOSE:To easily set respective types of the control information and to accurately discriminate the pattern by transferring the necessary one out of the control information of the already set screen to the memory means corresponding by the transferring means. CONSTITUTION:Photographing is executed by respective image pickup devices 2a-2n of plural object patterns an 1a-1c, and by the prescribed indication from a control part 5, one of plural devices 2a-2n is selected by a camera selecting circuit 3. The selected image pick-up signal is binary coded by a binary circuit 61 is a pattern discriminating circuit 6. The peripheral end of the object pattern is detected by a picture position detecting correcting circuit 64 and the correcting quantity from the prescribed reference position is obtained. The prescribed window aera is formed at a window generating circuit 65 by the correcting quantity, and the feature extraciting quantity in the window area is decided by a discriminating circuit 69. The necessary one to the control of the screen in a control information memory 8 is transferred to a picture memory 63 of the circuit 6 by a memory control circuit 7, and respective types of the control information is easily set. |
