PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sealing vibration damper capable of lowering dynamic spring constant in high frequency band to prevent occurrence of boxy noise, with a structure to sufficiently reduce noises. SOLUTION: The damper comprises a first fixture 1, second fixture 2, vibration damping base 3, diaphragm 9, partition 12, and an orifice 25. The partition 12 consists of an elastic partition film 15 and a pair of displacement regulating members 17 and 18, with openings 54 and 84 formed at the displacement regulating members 17 and 18. The elastic partition film 15 consists of a fixing part 52, a thin wall 51, and a thick wall 50 on the center side in radial direction, with the thickness of thick wall 50 set to be 2.1 times or more of the thin wall 51.
