An adapter for an emergency coupler is provided to improve the appearance of exterior and to prevent an operator from being damaged. An adapter for an emergency coupler comprises a vertical part(10), a horizontal part(20) and a screw part(12). The vertical part is fixed to an underframe. The horizontal part is horizontally formed in the vertical part. A screw part is integrally and horizontally formed in the vertical part. The screw part has the screw thread corresponding to a tap hole formed on underframe in order to connecting with the underframe.
