<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer attaching apparatus and a transformer attaching member which can improve the heat radiating property of a transformer. <P>SOLUTION: In the transformer attaching apparatus 10 which fastens a transformer 12 to a metal heat sink 11 by a transformer attaching member 13 through an elastic heat radiating sheet 14, the transformer attaching member 13 includes a ceiling portion 19 contacting with the heat radiating sheet 14 disposed on a top surface 17b of the core of the transformer 12, bending portions 20 provided in both end portions of the ceiling portion 19, and attaching arm portions 21 provided vertically downward in the end portions of the bending portions 20.
