PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack using a film-like outer package material with a terminal draw-out structure being compact, light-weight, and highly reliable. SOLUTION: The battery pack 1, forms conductive connection with coupling conductive members among electrode terminals each drawn out of each of a plurality of unit batteries 2 sealed with the film-like outer package material, and has tab terminals formed provided at the electrode terminals connected to an external circuit for relay-connecting connection lead wires with the external circuit. The tab terminals have through-holes formed into which an insulation coating part 71 of the connection lead wires penetrates, and connection parts with core wire parts in end parts of the connection lead wires penetrating the through-holes.
