PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which embeds information in an image without changing a pixel lump itself which originally exists in an accepted image. SOLUTION: An image acceptance means of the image processor accepts the image, a pixel addition means uses every region to be an object in the image accepted by the image acceptance means or every region obtained by dividing the region as a break, specifies a reference pixel to be a reference based on the break, adds pixels to a position independent from the pixel lump in the image based on the reference pixel, and an output means outputs the image to which the pixels are added by the pixel addition means.
