<p>An organic light emitting display device is provided to prevent the waste of manufacturing time and module material by detecting the fault of pixels through the lighting test in advance. An organic light emitting display device comprises pixels, the first switching elements(SW11 to SW14), and the second switching elements(SW20 to SW24) and the fourth switching elements(SW40 to SW43). The pixels are connected to present scan lines, data lines, and previous scan lines. The first switching element is connected between the first test pad(TP1) and the previous scan lines(S3) of the pixels, and turned on during the inspection period. The first test control signal(TSSn-1) of the first test pad is supplied to the pixels during the first period of the inspection period by the first switching elements. The second switching element is connected between the second test pad(TP2) and the present scan lines(S4) of the pixels, and turned on during the inspection period. The second test control signal(TSSn) of the second test pad is supplied to the pixels during the second period of the inspection period by the second switching elements.</p> |
