A temperature keeping system of a dumbwaiter is provided to prevent food transferred through a cage from being rapidly cooled by maintaining fixed temperature through forming a heating unit inside the cage. A temperature keeping system of a dumbwaiter comprises a heating unit(100) and a temperature control unit(300). The heating unit is installed at a space part of a cage(20) in which the food is placed. The heating unit generates the heat in order to increase the temperate of the space part after power source is supplied. The temperature control unit is installed at a platform. The temperature control unit controls the power source of the heating unit. The heating unit is one among a halogen lamp, a sheath heater, and a ceramic heater which emit the heat when the power source is supplied. The heating unit is made of a halogen lamp(110). The halogen lamp is fixed to a reflection plate(120) installed at the inner wall of the space part. A protection net(123) is formed at the front side of the halogen lamp.
