PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-cooled rotating electrical machine where the natural frequency or the oscillating amplitude value of an insulated connecting pipe can be adjusted easily in the installation state of the rotating electrical machine. SOLUTION: The liquid-cooled rotating electrical machine is equipped with a stator coil 2, which is inserted into a stator core 1 and is provided with a hole for letting coolant flow, an insulated connecting pipe 14, which is connected to this stator coil 2 so as to supply or discharge the coolant, and a vibration adjusting mechanism 10, which is provided in this insulated connecting pipe 14 so as to adjust the natural frequency or the oscillating amplitude value of the insulated connecting pipe 14.
