FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to agriculture, namely to production of fertilisers, and may be used for rapid preparation of biocompost from organic wastes of cattle breeding and poultry husbandry. Processing line contains a node of preliminary preparation of mixture, made as capacities of two spreader-trailers, unloading conveyors whereof are set along the entire bottom surface area of the capacities and are coupled by means of guiding cover with unloading device of the mixer, located under these unloading conveyors, with crushing beaters set there above; they are covered from above with reflecting cover made as an arch, whereat mixture decontamination device is made as fermenting boxes with capability of aeration, connected with unloading device of the mixer, with additionally installed therein second screw - cutter with the same pitch, but with an opposite coiling, with a drive gear securing rotation away from it, with their centers arranged horizontally at a distance less than two radiuses of coils, enabling getting partial mutual overlapping. ^ EFFECT: increased evenness of input in received mass for composting. ^ 2 dwg |
