PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound field situation in a state, where a speaker array is installed at an initial position (in an initial attitude) even when the initial attitude of the speaker array is changed, by detecting tilting of a current position with respect to the initial position (initial attitude) of a casing, that forms a base mount of the speaker array, through a tilting detecting means and setting a parameter of a signal processing means on the basis of the tilting. SOLUTION: In a case where any one of a pitch angleα, a yaw angleβand a roll angleγis changed, a control circuit 60 reads from a parameter table 63A a delay correction parameter, an amplification correction parameter corresponding to the changed angle and outputs the parameter to a signal processing circuit 65. The signal processing circuit 65 applies processing of delay and amplification based on the parameter to an audio signal from a sound source and reproduces a sound field situation in the initial attitude of a speaker array 1.
