PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-pull lock which can convert an operating force of an operating bar in the same direction as in a door opening direction, into a rotating force. SOLUTION: The push-pull lock 100 is mounted on a door surface 11a, and functions to input the operating force of the operating bar 21 operated in the same direction as in the door opening direction (a), into a lock case 19 as a driving force for operating a lock bolt 25. The push-pull lock is formed of: a mount 33 mounted on a door 11 via a mount mounting plate; a lever mounting plate fixed to the mount 33, and having a guide hole in a direction perpendicular to the door surface 11a; a slide lever rockably supported on the lever mounting plate; a slide shaft connecting a bar guide of the operating lever 21 to a rocking input terminal of the slide lever, and guided into the guide hole; a slide cam engaging with a rocking output terminal of the slide lever, to be vertically moved; and an output shaft to which a cam plate sliding on the slide cam and rotating is fixed, and connected to a rotation input member.
