A solar energy reflection plate for suppressing global warming is characterized by comprising a reflection plate so installed on a ground surface that the reflecting surface thereof is positioned horizontally to the ground surface. The solar energy reflection plate is characterized by further comprising a base for fixing the reflection plate that the reflecting surface thereof is tilted at a desired angle in relative to the ground surface. The desired angle is characterized in that when a sun altitude in a district where the reflection plate is installed becomes maximum at that angle, a sunlight is reflected in the direction perpendicular to the ground at that angle.
