PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetoresistance effect element for adjusting dispersion in magnetization directions on a fixed layer. SOLUTION: A first spacer layer 12 is formed on a first fixed layer 11 and a free layer 13 is formed on the spacer layer 12. A spacer layer 14 is formed on the free layer 13 and a fixed layer 15 is formed on the spacer layer 14. Further, a spacer layer 16 is formed under the fixed layer 11 and an adjusting fixed layer 17 for adjusting a magnetization direction on the fixed layer 11 is formed under the spacer layer 16.
