A blood sugar measuring instrument is provided to manage or prevent disease by storing the blood sugar information and the health information of patients in a memory unit. A power supply unit(110) supplies the power. A blood sugar measuring unit(120) measures the blood sugar. The blood sugar measuring unit displays the sensor unit and the signal generator. The sensor unit senses the enzyme inside the blood. The signal generator generates the electrical signal by analyzing the blood. A reader unit(140) recognizes the identifier clearly. A controller(130) converts the measured blood sugar into the data. The controller controls the acoustic information stored in a memory unit(150) and the identifier information recognized by the reader unit. A display unit(160) displays the blood sugar information to the outside. The memory unit stores the blood sugar information and the identifier information as the acoustic information. An acoustic reproducer(170) outputs the acoustic information of the memory unit to the outside.
