A snoring and bruxism prevention device is provided, which prevents the contact of the lower teeth and the upper teeth using a bruxism prevention plate. A snoring and bruxism prevention device comprises: a main body in which the front part is empty and the rear part has a hemi spherical shape; an inner part of the main body(1) serving the space inserting the tip of the tongue formed in the front part of the structure; a main body top(2) in which the tongue adheres closely; a main body lower part(3) supporting mandible to the front; a bruxism prevention plate(4) which is bitten by teeth; first and second support projections; and a contact prevention part(6).
