<p>A telecommunication node (1), comprises a local base station (3) capable of emitting beacon signals so as to be detected by adjacent radio terminals, a local radio terminal (4) with means for detecting beacon signals to detect a base station adjacent to said local radio terminal, and radio link management means to enable setting up of a radio link (2) between said communication node and at least a remote communication node including at least an element chosen among the group consisting of a base station adjacent to said local radio terminal and a radio terminal adjacent to said local base station.
