A suspended medium and a disposal device using the same are provided to maintain durability and adsorption capacity and adhesive ability of contaminated water included in sewage by consisting members with different materials. A suspended medium(100) includes a first member(110) of a pillar shape including a hollow and a second member(120) in which microorganism is adhered, and located on an inner side of the hollow. The first member and the second member materials are different. The first member includes one at least among polypropylene, poly(vinyl alcohol), polysulfone and polyethylene. The second member includes one at least among the polypropylene, the poly(vinyl alcohol), the polysulfone and the polyethylene and one at least among activate carbon, zeolite, cation resin, and anionic resin.
