<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recollections information registering method enabling even ordinary persons to easily leave the evidence that they have their life, and to provide its publishing method. <P>SOLUTION: Information that an individual wants to leave behind in order to publish the information for a long term or memories of important persons are converted into electronic information, such as characters, still pictures, a moving picture and voices to create an electronic file organized for each individual, and a homepage for specially keeping files for each individual is provided to perform registration and input to the homepage. Preparations for publishing the files to the public are completed by transferring the files to a server after inputting the information in the homepage. Recipients operate their own terminals to access the homepage so that anybody can easily browse an individual file that is kept at any time.
