摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum fin material for a heat exchanger, and a heat exchanger using it having a superior hydrophilic property, and a fast-acting property and persistence of mold-proofing and/or bacteria-proofing. SOLUTION: The aluminum fin material 1 for a heat exchanger comprises a substrate 2 comprising aluminum, a first coating film 3 formed on a surface of the substrate 2, and a second coating film 4 formed on a surface of the first coating film 3. The first coating film 3 is comprised by including a substance (a first antibacterial agent 32) having first mold-proofing and/or bacteria-proofing in anticorrosive resin 31, and has a thickness t<SB>1</SB>of 0.5-10μm. A content of the first antibacterial agent 32 in the first coating film 3 is 1-30 parts by weight when a weight after drying of the whole first coating film is 100 parts by weight. Water solubility at 20°C is >0 ppm and≤10 ppm in the first antibacterial agent 32. The second coating film 4 comprises hydrophilic resin 41 and a thickness t<SB>2</SB>is 0.5-2μm. In a mean particle diameter D<SB>1</SB>of the first antibacterial agent 32, 0.5μm≤D<SB>1</SB>≤2(t<SB>1</SB>+t<SB>2</SB>). COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
