PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member whose strength is increased, which is easily produced, and can deal with the miniaturization of an electronic/electrical component while maintaining its electric conductivity required for the conventional conductive member. SOLUTION: A precipitation type copper alloy strip strengthened utilizing a recovery phenomenon is adopted. The precipitation hardening type copper alloy strip has mechanical properties satisfying a tensile strength in an ordinary state of≥500 N/mm<SP>2</SP>and an elongation percentage in an ordinary state of≥5%, and, in crystal orientation detected by EBSP (Electron Back-Scattering Diffraction Pattern) analysis in the surface, the abundance of crystal boundaries in which the orientation difference between the adjoining crystals is <15°is >30 to <95%, and, by surface observation (×800) using an optical microscope, twin crystals are not present, and recrystallized grains can be confirmed. Namely, its crystal structure is regulated to the one where the abundance of the sub-grains and recrystallized structure is preferable, and a satisfactory characteristic balance can be exhibited.
