<p>PURPOSE: A guide apparatus for transferring wire coil is provided which safely loads the wire coil on coil car by centrally aligning the wire coil transferred by roller table and prevents the wire coil from falling by separating a plural wire coils being transferred in the state that they are contacted with each other. CONSTITUTION: The guide apparatus for transferring wire coil comprises a pair of rotation members(10) respectively installed at both sides of rear part of roller table(3) for transferring the wire coil (C) in such a manner that the rotation members are rotatable centering around hinge shaft(11); guide rolls(12) installed at an inner surface of the rotation members to minimize frictional force generated when the guide rolls are contacted with the wire coil; a driven gear(13) installed at a lower part of the rotation member installed hinge shaft; a driving motor(14) comprising a driving gear(16) engaged with the driven gear; and first sensing sensor(17) and second sensing sensor(18) respectively installed in front and rear of the rotation members to sense whether there is the wire coil or not, wherein the inner surface of the rotation members is formed in such a curved shape that a central part of the inner surface of the rotation members is projected to smoothly guide the wire coil, and wherein at least two or more of guide rolls are installed at the rotation members.</p> |
