A system for recovering waste heat of a fuel cell is provided to reuse waste heat generated from a fuel battery in warm water or heating and to improve waste heat recovery rate and waste heat reuse factor of the fuel battery. A system for recovering waste heat of a fuel cell comprises a fuel cell(110) which is cooled by cooling water and generates waste heat in power generation; a waste heat recovery pipe(130) where the waste heat water flows; a heat storage tank(140) storing waste heat water; and an exchange water supply pipe(160) which heats exchange water used in heating and as an operation heating source by the waste heat water; an auxiliary heating source supply device(180) heating the exchange water; an exchange water discharge pipe(170) installed at the outlet of the auxiliary heating source supply device; a first diverging part(171) which is installed at the exchange water supply pipe and diverges the exchange water to a heating dispenser and an absorptive refrigerator; and a second diverging part(161) which is installed at the exchange water supply pipe and where the exchange water recovered from the heating dispenser and a absorptive refrigerator is inputted.
