A neck massage apparatus is provided, which stably maintains the pressure of the neck massage protrusion and increases the massage effect. A neck massage apparatus comprises: a head cap(10) in which the wearing opening is formed; a neck massage fixing unit and a neck spring supporting part extended from the neck massage fixing unit; a neck massage holder(20) in which the neck massage fixing unit is installed to face the central part of the head cap from the inner neck domain of the head cap; a neck massage part(30) which is combined with the neck massage fixing unit so that the neck opposite side can face the central part of the head cap; a back head support part(40) combined with the head cap; and a neck holder driving part(50). |
