<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce workloads in setting mechanical adjustment data associated with part number change and further to eliminate the setting of production number for each product by adding a function of registering a production schedule including part number, production number, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A production command device 11 transmits an input production schedule including part number and production number together with delivery data for every product number-manufacturing machine number as a production command to each of manufacturing machine management devices 1-n. Each of the manufacturing machine management devices 1-n determines a process schedule (time-series data) within an operation period based on the production command, the delivery data for each product number-manufacturing machine number, and a manufacturing process section, forms an object program for PLC to be managed by itself based on the information, and downloads the program to a corresponding PLC through a LAN 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
