PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine powder manufacturing apparatus which ensures an improved pulverizing property, and can sterilize when pulverizing food. SOLUTION: The fine powder manufacturing apparatus 1 is provided with a pneumatic pulverizer 2 pulverizing raw material with air stream. Humidified hot air K which has the temperature higher than 100°C and predetermined humidity is introduced into the pneumatic pulverizer 2 from a raw material charging path 15 of the pneumatic pulverizer 2 to pulverize and classify the raw material in the humidified hot air.
