<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed adjusting agent enabling obtaining a feed composition of an excellent quality by treating an organic composition, for instance, food residue, and to provide a feed adjusting method using the feed adjusting agent. <P>SOLUTION: This feed adjusting agent contains fibrous polysaccharide splitting enzyme produced by Alicyclobacillus bacteria, and organic acid, for instance, formic acid. The feed adjusting method comprises adding fibrous polysaccharide splitting enzyme produced by Alicyclobacillus bacteria, and organic acid to organic waste as the feed raw material so as to subject the organic waste to enzyme treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
