An Artermisia extract which is extracted using propanol is provided to have high content of eupatilin and completely remove blood coagulation inhibitor without separate removal process. An Artermisia propanol extract is isolated with propanol and has the active effect on gastric lesion without separate dicoumarol removal process. The extract is obtained by adding propanol, extracting through dipping or reflux, filtering and concentrating. The Artermisia is Artemisia argyi, A. princeps var. orientalis, A. asiatica, A. Montana, or A. mongolica.
