A grand fastener is provided to tighten or loosen a nipple by rotating a tool body after the coupling protrusion of the tool body is coupled with the coupling groove of the nipple. A grand fastening tool includes a tool body(40) and a hooking part(60). A guide groove(51) is formed in one side of the tool body. The guide groove has an arc shape to surround an outer surface of a nipple or nut. A plurality of coupling protrusions(52) are formed in an inner part of the guide groove. The coupling protrusion is coupled in a coupling groove(42) of a nipple or nut. A stopper(53) is protruded to the inner part of the guide groove. The hooking part is formed in the rear of the tool body.
