The element (50) has a surface (28) potentially coming into contact with a fuel and made of corrosion-resistant material such as nickel-base alloy. A base body (21) comprises a base material such as molybdenum alloy type steel. An insert (22) comprises an outer surface (25) and an opening (23), and is arranged in an opening (26) of the body such that an inner surface (24) of the opening (26) is coherently connected with the outer surface of the insert, where the openings comprise circular cross section. The opening (26) is eccentrically arranged with respect to a center axis of the body.
