A semiconductor memory device is provided to reduce the current consumption by commonly controlling the data mask with a plurality of driving parts inside the circuit group. A semiconductor memory device comprises a common driving control part(40) and a driving part(42). The common driving control part produces the common driving control signal(DRV_CMD) corresponding to the data mask signal(DM1) and the write command signal (WT_CMD). The driving part shares the common driving control signal. The driving part selectively drives the data according to the common driving control signal, and supplies the selected data to the input-output lines.
