An apparatus and a method for a power supply are provided to prevent the damage of an electronic element mounted on a board by detecting of the state of power supplied to a board mounted in a test apparatus. At least one or more than two power is controlled by a step-by-step process and is supplied to a main apparatus(30). It is confirms whether power supply was normally performed to each step or not, and A power supply unit(110) changes the power according to a power step gradually and supplies the power to the main apparatus. An accumulation power monitor(130) confirms whether the power source was normally applied to the main apparatus. |
