PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a packaging bag which can be unsealed without using tool, and also, is excellent in unsealing property, and to realize a packaging bag containing a content. SOLUTION: An face-mating glued section 11 is formed by heat-sealing both ends of a film. A corner section 14 is formed between a first surface 12 on which the face-mating glued section 11 is formed and a second surface 13 which is adjacent to the first surface 12. An unsealing starting section 15 is installed on the face-mating glued section 11 for this packaging bag 1. In the packaging bag, the face-mating glued section 11 is located in a vicinity of the corner section 14, and also, is folded to the central side of the first surface 12 in the packaging bag 1.
