<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with a speed reduction mechanism wherein the stress concentration of an output gear on a tooth face is reduced to improve the durability of the output gear. <P>SOLUTION: The motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism comprises a motor shaft 14 having a worm 15 formed near one end, an intermediate gear 26 having a large-diameter gear 26a meshing with the worm 15 of the motor shaft 14 and a small-diameter gear 26b rotated concentrically and integrally with the large-diameter gear 26a, and the output gear 27 meshing with the small-diameter gear 26b of the intermediate gear 26. At the rotational center of the output gear 27, a cylindrical output shaft 28 has an uneven strip fitting portion 28a formed on the inner periphery side.
