PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily form a desired seat shape while maintaining the suitable wiring state of a cable as much as possible. SOLUTION: A wire member 30 is arranged on frames 6F (pipe frame 10) at both sides of a seat back in the bridge-laid form, the cable 9 for a head rest 8 is led through a lead recess 40 formed by bending a part of the wire member 30. A part of a skin material 6S of the seat back is constituted so that it is drawn into the seat back by a band-like body 60 laid on the lead recess 40 and mounted to the wire member 30.
