<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mobile communication system for easily separating deterioration in handover performance among the particular wireless cells and deterioration in handover performance in the entire part of cells. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile communication system includes a measuring means for measuring, for each cell adjacent to the wireless cells as the evaluation object, the number of times of trial handover to the adjacent cells from the evaluation object cell, the number of times of trial handover to the evaluation object cell from the adjacent cells, the number of times of successful handover to the adjacent cells from the evaluation object cell, and the number of times of successful handover to the evaluation object cell from the adjacent cells, a calculating means for calculating handover performance between the evaluation object cell and adjacent cells based on the result of measurement of the measuring means and also calculating deviation of handover performance calculated for each adjacent cell, and a deciding means for deciding, based on deviation, whether concentrated deterioration in handover performance is generated or not between the particular cells and evaluation object cells among the adjacent cells. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
