PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information exchanging apparatus, information reproducing apparatus, and information exchanging system, which exchange information easily and prevent various confusion at exchanging. SOLUTION: The band of transmission signal for musical pieces, whose sound source data are a cellular phone, being shared through human body communication, is adjusted and stored in consideration of relationship with a specific registered party. If a person determines a band in first, the band is transmitted to the other party, and if the other party transmits the band in first, a band should be determined by avoiding that band. When the cellular phone is connected to a headphone by a human body communication, the adjusted and stored transmission band is transmitted. The band is repeatedly transmitted. Even if the band is changed, it is possible to be restored to the stored band. Adjustment in band in a group consisting of three or more persons is also permitted. Transmitting of a content is started upon contact detection to the other party.
