Described is an ergonomic lift seat for toilet, which comprises a preferably plastic body which defines an upper surface (10), a lower surface (11), a plurality of walls (12), front, rear, lateral, and a concentric bore (604) through which organic wastes are passed. The lower surface of the seat includes a changing protrusion (102, 105) that surrounds the central bore, where said protrusion has a particular thickness in its section ( 102) closer to the front wall and a higher thickness (105) in its section closer to the rear wall which defines a rear fastening wall (108). The seat comprises in the front wall thereof a fastening system which, along with the rear fastening wall, fixes the lift seat to the toilet, also comprising a doughnut-type fabric cover attached to the seat for avoiding the direct contact of the user with the seat, thereby reducing infections and facilitating the hygiene of the product.
