PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farming/gardening support preventing the support itself from tilting down and a linear object from falling off caused by load of a linear object laid across the support or external force by wind pressure. SOLUTION: This farming/gardening support 1 supports a linear object to wind plants around. The support is such that 2 holding parts 111 for holding a first linear object M to wind plants around are opposedly set, surrounding the central axis of the support when viewed from the front, a recessed groove 112 which binds a second linear object N connecting the other support is set on the side surface of the support, and the holding part 111 is set with at least a deep groove part 111a which holds the first linear object M, a guide part 111b which introduces the first linear object M to the deep groove part 111a, and a projecting part 111c which prevents falling-off of the first linear object M held in the deep groove part 111a.
