PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for deriving a traveling predicted locus which is present ahead of one's own vehicle as a traveling predicted locus which is much closer to an actual traveling locus. SOLUTION: This road traveling predicted locus deriving device is configured to acquire point information showing the locations of a plurality of spots set on a road in a road section ahead of the own vehicle, and to acquire avoidance induction shape object information showing the location of the avoidance induction shape object to induce the avoidance of a driver existing on a road in the road section or outside the road, and to move at least one spot among the plurality of spots in a direction away from the avoidance induction shape object, and to derive the traveling predicted locus of the own vehicle based on the spot after movement and the other spots.
