PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal dropping device capable of preventing bubbles generated in replacing work of a syringe from flowing in, and capable of improving not only work performance but also productivity, and to provide its liquid crystal supply device and supply method. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal dropping device is constituted to automatically connect a supply and demand line 45 on a syringe side with a supply line 40 for supplying the liquid crystal to the syringe only when filling the liquid crystal to fill the liquid crystal in a state of remaining to attach the syringe to a dispenser head without replacing the syringe.
