<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality service to members about a member management system for using a store terminal provided in a store to perform member management. <P>SOLUTION: The store terminal 11 provided in a plurality of stores 2A to 2C, and a server device 12 connected to store terminals 11 through a network 13 to manage the member information of members 3 are provided. The store terminal 11 is provided with a means by which a customer performs member registration, a means for requesting the server device 12 for member information, and a means for outputting the member information transmitted from the server device 12 in response to the request.
