A method and a system for active voltage input are provided to deliver the normal output voltage on a real time basis. A system comprises an input unit(10), the first switch(20), the second switch(30), a comparison unit(50), a switch control part(40) and an output unit(60). The input unit produces input data corresponding to the voltage input signal. The first switch outputs the input carry signal corresponding to the voltage input signal, in case of receiving the voltage input signal. In case of receiving the reference voltage, the second switch outputs the reference transmission voltage corresponding to the reference voltage. In case the first switch and the second switch are turned on or off, the comparison unit produces the first comparison data and the second comparison data. The switch control part controls the first and second switches in order to turn on or off the first and second switches. The output unit outputs the input data or the first comparison data.
