A manufacturing method of a display panel improving display quality is provided to remove the factor causing the product failure and prevent after image from being shown up in the image. An orientation material is coated on a first substrate and an alignment material layer is formed. The ultraviolet ray is irradiated in the orientation material layer and the first alignment layer is formed(S100). The liquid crystal is between the first substrate and 'the second substrate facing the first substrate(S200). The electric field is applied at the liquid crystal and the liquid crystal is aligned(S300). In the state where the electric field is applied, the ultraviolet ray is irradiated in the first alignment layer and the second alignment layer is formed(S400).
