A pocket bread mold is provided to immediately mold pocket bread in which a space is formed and allow users to immediately make and eat fast foods suiting their tastes. A pocket bread mold comprises an upper mold(20), a low mold(30), heating parts(40,41), and temperature sensors(50,51). The upper mold has a protrusion(21) formed on a bottom side thereof to mold pocket bread having a space formed therein. The lower mold has an inserting groove(31) formed in a top side thereof such that the protrusion is inserted into the inserting groove. The heating parts are inserted into the upper and lower molds to heat the upper and lower molds respectively. The temperature sensors are inserted into the upper and lower molds to sense temperatures of the upper and lower molds heated by the heating parts. A plurality pairs of the upper and lower molds are mounted on a circular or rectangular frame. |
