PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming body easily achieving forgery prevention and authenticity judgement of securities, such as bank notes, gift certificates, cash vouchers, stocks and bonds. SOLUTION: The image forming body includes, on the same or different surfaces of a flexible support (1): a latent image device (A) composed of a latent image part (3) buried in a base pattern printing part (2); and a verify device (B) composed of a perforation formation part (4) with a plurality of perforations (4A), having the same function as that of a verification film; wherein, the latent image appears when the verify device (B) is overlaid on the latent image device (A) by deforming the support (1).
