摘要 <p>Spinal implants (30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 180', 210) are provided that include a body (32, 61, 91, 121, 151, 181, 211) having opposite vertebral bearing surfaces (34, 36, 64, 66, 94, 96, 124, 126, 154, 156, 184, 186, 214, 216). One of the bearing surfaces includes engaging means (38, 68, 98, 128, 158, 188, 188', 218) to engage an adjacent vertebra (12, 14) and the other of the bearing surfaces provides a substantially smooth surface profile to permit another of the adjacent vertebra (12, 14) to be moved along and in contact with the smooth bearing surface as corrective forces (26, 28) are applied to manipulate the other of the adjacent vertebrae into alignment.</p>
