PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fashion accessory made by connecting by a chain clips for mounting on both collar parts of a Y shirt and a pendant top located at the central part of a necktie. SOLUTION: Clips are provided on both ends of the chain and are mounted on both collars of the Y shirt.
