PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracking in a liquid system. SOLUTION: A cracking preventing apparatus includes an enclosure and a compressible object immersed in the enclosure. The enclosure includes a plurality of zones having different frozenness. The enclosure is configured such that freezing begins at a high frozenness zone, and then the leading edge of freezing advances toward a low frozenness zone via one or more zones through which the freezing speed decreases gradually.
